      Diabetes Super Drug Might Be In Your Refrigerator

      If you eat a lot of yogurt, you may be able to lower your risk of developing diabetes.

      British researchers studied more than 25-thousand men and women and found those who ate the most yogurt lowered their risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes by more than 25 percent.

      Study authors say while this type of study cannot prove yogurt lowers the risk - they do believe ingredients like Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium and probiotic bacteria may play a role in lowering your chances.
