More than 800 firefighters continue to battle a growing wildfire in Sierra National Forest.
The Aspen Fire, the largest of about 15 wildfires that were ignited by lightning over the weekend, nearly doubled overnight to 4,500 acres and is still zero-percent contained.
So far, three buildings are said to be in danger.
The fire also forced a group of 250 kids from a Fresno-based church to leave the area.
The church group had been on a camping trip east of the Mammoth Pools reservoir.
The threat of flames jumping a river forced rangers to tell the kids and counselors to leave.
The fire has also caused several camps in the area to close.
So far, $1.5 million has been spent fighting the fire.
