Michele Schulz, M.D.
Dr. Schulz was graduated from University of California Los Angeles in 1988 with B.S. degree in Kinesiology. She earned her M.D. from the University of Southern California School of Medicine in 1993.
Dr. Schulz completed her orthopedic surgery residency at the University of California - Irvine in 1998. Following this, she joined the orthopedic surgery faculty at the University of California Irvine to practice orthopedic surgery. Her research interests at the university included the biomechanics of the patellofemoral joint and gender differences in the knee. She has recently returned to her hometown of Fresno to join the Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic Center.
She is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the California Orthopedic Association and the Western Orthopedic Society. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Schulz's practice encompasses sports medicine, adult reconstructive surgery and trauma. She has a special interest in the knee and hip joints.
