Man Cleared In Deadly Fresno Shooting
FRESNO, Calif. (KMPH) —
DNA evidence shows the man accused of shooting and killing his wife months ago in a Northeast Fresno apartment didn't do it.
Five people were shot at a complex along San Bruno, near Fresno State, back on April 28.
One of them, 45-year-old Tina Banks, died. Police suspected her husband, Arthur Howlin, of pulling the trigger.
Howlin has claimed to be innocent this whole time, and while the case can be reopened in the future, it was dismissed on Tuesday.
