Santa has the all-clear for entry into the U.S.
The Department of Agriculture says Saint Nick and his reindeer may enter the country over any northern border port, starting at 6 p.m. Eastern tonight.
But there are some stipulations to their arrival in the U.S.
The reindeer must answer to the names Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph and must never have been fed anything other than hay, sugar plums and gingerbread.
