The search for a missing mother of four from Delano has ended in tragedy.
Our sister station KBAK is reporting the body of 26-year-old Erika Lango was found in the Friant-Kern Canal, just east of Delano, on Tuesday.
It was identified Wednesday night.
Lango was last seen Cctober ninth, when she left her home to visit a friend.
But, she never arrived.
There is surveillance video of her hours before she disappeared. She was talking on a cell phone and getting into an SUV with her estranged husband, Julio Lango.
He has not been charged in her disappearance, but is considered a person of interest in the case.
So far, detectives have not released a cause of death.
