The odds are pretty good that a banged up package will be left on your front door step this holiday season. In fact, one in ten packages arrives banged up.
According to the e-commerce ratings group, "Stella Service," packages were damaged 11- percent of the time when shipped by U-P-S, 10 - percent when shipped through the postal service, and seven percent when shipped by Fed Ex.
Some retailers had better luck with their packages.
Target, Walmart, Dell, Forever 21, and American Eagle Outfitters have a better track record, according to this ratings group. Click HERE for the full list of retailers with no damaged packages.
