'White Lives Matter' group protests outside NAACP building

White Lives Matter demonstrators say groups like "Black Lives Matter" have hurt white people across the country.

A 'White Lives Matter' was rally outside of an NAACP building in Houston.

Demonstrators say groups like "Black Lives Matter" have hurt white people across the country.

"One of the things that the NAACP is supportive of is the right to the freedom of speech," Dallas Jones with the NAACP said. "And so while we may not agree with the message that was held right here in front of our headquarters, we do agree with their right to say it."

There were only about a dozen protesters out there.

They had a confederate flag and guns.

The White Lives Matter people say they're upset over the killing of white police officers.

But people who live near the building believe the rally was more about intimidation.

Houston police managed to keep things from getting out of control.
