Some cardiologists say drinking red wine in moderation can help improve your health.
Kevin Campbell is an assistant professor at the University of North Carolina.
He says red wine tends to have better benefits for your body.
"We know red wine has very important health benefits. It has been shown to decrease your risk of heart attack and stroke. And substances in the red wine actually have been shown to prevent certain types of cancer."
Campbell says white wine doesn't have those same chemicals that make a healthier difference.
