West Nile Found In Visalia Mosquitos
VISALIA, Calif. (KMPH) —
People living in Visalia are being asked to stay on guard after some mosquitoes in the South Valley city tested positive for West Nile virus.
Officials say mosquitos from a sample in the 1800 block of West Sunnyside tested positive.
If you live out there, these tips will come in handy.
-- If it's dawn or dusk, wear long sleeves and pants.
-- Drain any water that's been around for a while.
-- And if you have a broken screen door, with holes or tears in it, get it fixed.
