Here's how it works: Hair is typically taken from the back of the head.
The procedure can take up to 12 - hours to complete. The man can expect a week of swelling and redness, and another week before he can shave.
Depending on the number of follicles transplanted, it can cost anywhere between $5,000 to $15,000.
