      Need a Good Night's Sleep? Drink This.

      If you're having problems falling a sleep, a new study shows drinking cherry juice can help people battling insomnia.

      The Louisiana State University study found people who drank cherry juice twice a day for two weeks had less trouble falling asleep and slept for about an hour and a half longer than people given a placebo.

      Experts say cherries, specifically Montmorency tart cherries are a natural source of the sleep hormone, melatonin.
