Dozens of homes and buildings near Napa are unsafe following Sunday's magnitude 6.0 earthquake.
The cleanup continues and state officials are still adding up the damage totals in hopes of getting federal assistance.
Winemakers say the quake couldn't have come at a worse time, because they just started harvesting this year's crop, and thousands of bottles and barrels are destroyed.
The president of Queen of the Valley Hospital says more than 170 people were treated for injuries.
Most have been released.
Governor Jerry Brown is now declaring a state of emergency for Southern Napa County.
