Clovis Police on Thursday arrested a quick-hitting burglar who made off with thousand of dollars in gold and jewelry from at least nine homes.
Kevin Rhyner, 52, of Fresno, faces seven counts of grand theft and nine counts of residential burglary after he stole expensive jewelry from homes in Clovis and in Fresno dating back to January 2012.
Rhyner, an employee with All-Pro Cleaning Service at the time, was hired either through the company or directly to wash windows, clean grout and clean carpets at the victims' homes.
Clovis Police detectives took reports on four Clovis jewelry theft cases in excess of $950 each.
Victims in each of the cases were able to positively identify Rhyner through photo lineups.
Some jewelry was recovered at the time of Rhyner's arrest.
