The very cold, icy and snowy weather across the country could bring down gas prices this week because so many people are stuck and can't drive.
That means less demand. Less demand means lower prices.
In Fresno, drivers are paying $3.51 for a gallon of regular unleaded.
It's $3.52 in Merced and $3.47 in Visalia.
That's the same as last week, - across the board.
We still pay more here in The Central Valley than the national average which is $3. 26.
The lowest prices are in Missouri where the state average is $2.91.
