Twelve people are hurt, one seriously, after a U-Haul plowed into a Cadillac limousine.
It happened in Reedley at the intersection of Englehart and Lincoln just before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
The California Highway Patrol says the limo was stopped at a stop sign when a U-Haul veered into the passenger side.
Officers say the driver of the U-Haul jumped out of the truck and into a waiting burgundy-colored car before taking off.
Officials also say alcohol was found in the floorboard of that U-Haul.
CHP says one person was airlifted to the hospital and the other 11 people have injuries ranging from minor to moderate.
