It's back to school time, but sometimes the adjustment of going back can be a problem for the whole family.
Marriage and family therapist Paul Mavrogeorge joined us on Great Day Monday morning to talk about some ways to make the adjustment and transition smoother.
Back To School Preps
-- Make adjustments in sleep schedule starting this week-- Start decreasing video games and other activities-- Have students do some reading and basic academic review-- If starting a new school, visit the campus before the first day-- For first-time students, visit the school a couple of times
