New research shows students who work out have better grades.
Michigan State University researchers found beyond high grades, those who hit the gym were less likely to drop out of school.
This study looked specifically at college kids and the researchers say the study supports the theory that by creating connections between students and an institution, like a university rec center, you can see an increase in academic success.
