A Madera teen was arrested Saturday night after surveillance cameras captured him stealing from a home.
Madera County Sheriff's deputies say 18-year-old Tyler David Johnson broke into a home in Bonadelle Ranchos and got away with birth certificates, social security cards, four rifles, a hunting bow, four BB guns and a digital camera.
But technology would be Johnson's downfall.
A camera stationed in the neighborhood helped deputies track the teenager to his home.
The Madera County Sheriff's Office says the investigation into the crime is still ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call 675-7770 or CRIME STOPPERS at 498-STOP.
