CLOVIS, Calif. (KMPH) — The hunt continues for three men who held up a Clovis convenience store. It happened last week, around three in the morning at the Red Rocket Store near the corner of Herndon and Tollhouse. The men, one armed with a shotgun, wore white towels over their faces like masks. When they entered the store they immediately demanded "Where's the ATM?" They forced the clerk to the ground and ended up cutting the ATM away. After backing up the stolen Honda, they tossed it into the trunk. The C.H.P. later found the stolen car in Madera County, it was set on fire. Part of the ATM was found in a canal near Shepherd and Sunnyside. Hours later the main ATM box was discovered at Beheymer and Minnewawa. If you have any information about these crooks, urged to call the Clovis Police or you can call Crime Stoppers at (559) 498-STOP (7867).
