Having trouble falling asleep? You might blame an app for that.
If the last thing you see before you close your eyes at night is the screen of your tablet, cell phone, or computer, that could be the problem.
It turns out, all that texting, e-mailing, game-playing, and web-surfing we do every day, could be costing us a good night's sleep.
"We know that blue light has the greatest propensity to alter circadian rhythms, and yet nowadays it seems that blue is the color du jour," said Dr. Nathaniel Watson with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
