Investigators are looking into an accident involving a freight train and a silage truck in Kings County.
The crash happened around 4 p.m. Monday near Grangeville Boulevard and 2nd Avenue, east of Hanford.
This is approximately 18 miles from where another train accident occurred four hours earlier. That one involved an Amtrak train and a big rig.
Authorities say the silage truck inched out too far onto the railroad tracks, far enough to be clipped by the oncoming train.
The impact tore up the left front side of the truck's cab.
The driver walked away from the accident with just a few scratches.
Thankfully, no one else was hurt.
